A little over a year ago I bought a new RV with an FSI solar package included. Recently one of the solar panels started malfunctioning; an internal voltage issue that was not fixable. The panel was covered under warranty, however, FSI went above and beyond to not only replace the panel but also ensure that I had all the everything I needed to accommodate the new panel. They could have just shipped off the replacement panel without a further thought, but they took the time to compare the specs of my original setup and send additional materials to accommodate the change. This business is awesome! We scheduled our Multi-Plus II upgrade to our camper months ago and had the work done just this week. Their staff was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. The techs and the work exceeded expectations. They even discovered and corrected a wiring issue from the manufacturer. We are full-timers who also work full time. Our biggest struggle was being away from our rig, Starlink and extra monitors. When discussing working options, the staff at Future Solutions offered up their conference room for us to use.
