Shipping

Stock items ordered Monday-Friday typically ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow additional time to process orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Custom designed products and rock guards take additional time to process. Please refer to the shipping tab on these specific product pages.

Shipping charges shown during checkout are provided by the specific carriers listed and are often based upon weight and the zip code of the ship to address provided on your order.

FREE SHIPPING is only eligible for the 48 contiguous United States on select products.

Refund and Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original invoice date for new, unused items in the original packaging. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply for all returns.

All returns require completing the Return Form below.

For battery returns, we require the items to be shipped back to us on a pallet in the original packaging. We can provide the necessary return shipping materials minus the original packaging, but the associated costs will be your responsibility.

Once the returned item is received, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount, less any applicable shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee.

Returns must be approved in advance by using our online form below. If approved, you will be emailed a return document to include with your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To ensure the safe return of your items, we require you to keep the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged during transit. For additional protection, we advise you to use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery. Be sure to retain the tracking number. 

Any shipment that arrives damaged will either be immediately refused or held at our warehouse until the customer pays for the return shipping or files an insurance claim. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as any claims that may arise, including lost shipments. There are no exceptions to this policy.

By following these guidelines, you can help us process your returns quickly and efficiently. 

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. **If the item has been shipped using an LTL carrier and is received damaged, you must report the damage to the LTL carrier upon delivery so it can be noted on the bill of lading. There is a strict deadline for submitting claims to LTL carriers for damages, so once you see damage, report it to the carrier and then immediately to FSI by calling or emailing us.**

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Items that were customized, personalized or special ordered may not be returned. We do not accept returns of used products, products without the original packaging, items purchased from third-party sellers, or items that were purchased on Sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
All items must be returned in re-sellable condition for a refund to be approved. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment as soon as possible; however, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Refunds issued are based upon the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.
