Victron SmartShunt

The SmartShunt is an all-in-one battery monitoring solution, but without a built-in display. Instead, your smartphone or tablet acts as the display interface. The SmartShunt connects to the VictronConnect App on your mobile device via Bluetooth, allowing you to conveniently access and read out all the monitored battery parameters, such as state of charge, time to full charge/discharge, historical data, and much more.

Alternatively, the SmartShunt can be connected to and read by a GX device using a VE.Direct cable. This makes the SmartShunt a versatile battery monitoring option, especially for systems where robust monitoring is needed but with less wiring and clutter.

The SmartShunt comes equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, a VE.Direct port, and an additional connection that can be used to monitor a second battery, for midpoint monitoring, or to connect a temperature sensor. This makes it a compelling alternative to a traditional BMV battery monitor, providing comprehensive monitoring capabilities in a more compact and streamlined package.
