Items may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase at your own expense. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition to receive a refund. Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for any returned items.
Returns must be approved in advance by using our online form, below. If approved, you will be emailed a return document to include with your package. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. **If the item has been shipped using an LTL carrier and is received damaged, you must report the damage to the LTL carrier upon delivery so it can be noted on the bill of lading. There is a strict deadline for submitting claims to LTL carriers for damages, so once you see damage, report it to the carrier and then immediate to FSI by calling or emailing us.**
Items that were customized, personalized or special ordered may not be returned.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All items must be returned in re-sellable condition for a refund to be approved. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment as soon as possible; however, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Refunds issued are based upon the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.
